PURPOSE: An organic waste treating apparatus is provided to increase the yield of organic fertilizers and to fundamentally prevent environmental pollution problems. CONSTITUTION: An organic waste treating apparatus includes a reactor(10), a power generator, a discharger, and a hot air generator. The reactor treats organic waste to form organic fertilizers. The discharger discharges the organic fertilizers. The hot air generator supplies hot air to the reactor. An impeller part is arranged in the reactor. The impeller part is composed of a main axis(20) and a plurality of blades(22). The main axis rotates based on power from the power generator. The impeller part is attached to the outer side of the main axis. The blades are plate shaped. Angular parts are formed at the blade parts.
