PURPOSE: A wet multi-disk clutch wear compensation control device is provided to prevent mechanic load due to clutch fusion or power transferring delay through controlling the contact time of a friction plate and a separator plate automatically. CONSTITUTION: A wet multi-disk clutch wear compensation control device comprises a solenoid valve(120), a pressure sensor(111), a rotational frequency detection sensor(112), and a control unit(110). The solenoid valve supplies hydraulic force for attaching and detaching of a friction plate of a clutch and a separator plate. The pressure sensor detects the hydraulic force of a flow passage for the solenoid valve and a clutch. The rotational frequency detection sensor measures the rotational frequency of an input shaft of a power transmission shaft.
