PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to minimize thermal resistance between a heat absorption plane and a heat radiation plane and to prevent heat transport limitation by using an internal space of a heat radiation unit as a movement route of a vapor working fluid. CONSTITUTION: An optical source unit(10) comprises a substrate(11) and one or more light emitting elements(12). The optical source unit is mounted on a heat absorption plane. The light emitting element is mounted on the substrate. A heat radiation unit(20) comprises a sealed internal space. The heat radiation unit vaporizes and condenses a working fluid in the internal space. The heat radiation unit releases heat of the optical source unit to outside through the repetition of a phase transformation process according to evaporation and condensation of the working fluid. |
