PURPOSE: A device for filtering honey is provided to improve quality of honey, and to improve health of a user, thereby capable of promoting a bee culture industry. CONSTITUTION: A device for filtering honey comprises a mixer(1), a filtering part, a concentrator(7), and a vacuum pump(8). In the mixer, 26% or more moisture, and honey of 30-50 °C are injected. The filtering part connects to a mixer, and filters honey in order. The concentrator removes moisture from honey concentrate, connected to the filter part. The vacuum pump discharges the honey from the concentrator, maintaining flux of the honey passing through the filtering part. The filtering part comprises a precipitation filter(2), a pre carbon filter(3), a hollow filter(4). The filtering part additionally comprises a post carbon filter(5), and a general impurity filter(6). |
