ORIFICE DEVICE FOR SAME DISTRIBUTION OF FLOW RATE USING EXPANSION VALVE DISTRIBUTOR BETWEEN COOLER

PURPOSE: An orifice apparatus for equally distributing refrigerants is provided to freely install a cooler connected to an expansion valve by controlling the length of each distribution pipe. CONSTITUTION: An orifice apparatus comprises a pipe body(30), a support unit(40), and a flow control hole(50). Both ends of the pipe body are connected to a distribution pipe(12) and an inlet pipe(22). The support unit is protruded from the outer circumference of the pipe body. Both sides of the support unit contact with the ends part of the distribution pipe and inlet pipe. The flow control hole is bored in a longitudinal direction inside the pipe body. The flow control hole controls the amount of refrigerants by controlling an inner cross section.
