PURPOSE: A foldable anchor is provided to facilitate transportation, portability, and storage with a structure in which hanging rods and supporting rods are folded and to easily winding the anchor even if the anchor is hung on offshore structures or rocks. CONSTITUTION: A foldable anchor comprises a guide rod(10), a sliding part(40), an elastic part(50), and a support rod(60). A first ring(11) is coupled to the top of the guide rod and a blocking cover(20) is fixed at the bottom. The sliding part is slidingly coupled to the guide rod and bracket(45a) are formed at the bottom. The elastic part is installed between the sliding part and a stopper arranged at the top of the guide rod. The elastic part elastically biases the sliding part toward the blocking cover. A hinge is formed in one side of the support rod so that the support rod can be pin coupled to the brackets. The other side of the support rod is vertically turned around the hinge as a shaft when the sliding part vertically slides along the guide rod.
