This composition as multiple particles with modified release involves a component with immediate release and a component with modified release. Component with immediate release comprises the first series of particles containing an active component and component with modified release comprises the second series of particles containing an active component covered by envelope for sustained-release. This combination of component with immediate release and component with modified release deliveries an active component by impulse or bimodal manner in its effect. Invention relates also to solid oral medicinal formulation that comprises such composition as multiple particles with modified release.
