PURPOSE: A device for integrating a torque signal processor and a chip signal processor for an aircraft is provided to enable the reduction of entire weight and effective space design, and to reduce costs for manufacture, development, and management. CONSTITUTION: A device for integrating a torque signal processor and a chip signal processor for an aircraft comprises a torque sensor detecting unit(10), a torque signal processing unit, a chip sensor detecting unit(30), a main control unit(40), an external interface unit(50), and a power supply unit(60). The torque sensor detecting unit detects signals of a torque sensor(200) having output errors caused according to hall effects, temperature changes, and mounted states. The torque signal processing unit comprises a torque signal correction part(20) to process and correct after receiving the detected signals of the torque sensor detecting unit. The chip sensor detecting unit recognizes signals of a chip detecting sensor(210) having a burn-off function which can burns metallic chips in a gear box. The main control unit receives the processed signals from the torque signal processing unit and the chip sensor detecting unit to determine a state of the gear box according to the torque signal processing correction and chip detecting signals. The main control unit sends command for burning the chips according to the determined results or provides information for notifying the state to an operator. The external interface unit is connected to the torque sensor, the chip detecting sensor, an aircraft engine(220), a signal memory device(230), and a state indication device(240).
