<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote work support system in which information can be efficiently transferred. <P>SOLUTION: A remote work support system includes a plurality of work terminals 3 and 4 and a server 1 which sets up a session of SIP communication between the plurality of work terminals 3 and 4 over a network 2. The session set up by the server 1 is used to share transfer information containing main information containing video images and complementary information complementing the main information between the plurality of work terminals 3 and 4. The work terminal 3 includes a touch screen 37a which displays transfer information on a screen and inputs positional information on the screen, SIP communication means 31a which performs SIP communication with the server 1 and the other work terminal 4, main information communication means 32a which performs processing for inputting/outputting and transmitting/receiving the main information, and complementary information communication means 33a which defines information inputted to the touch screen 37a as complementary information and performs processing for inputting/outputting and transmitting/receiving the complementary information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
