PURPOSE: A well-being water and oil type fryer with improved performance and lifespan of frying oil is provided to fry without supplement of the frying oil and to use heat of a heating part at high efficiency by adjusting the height of the frying oil in a water and oil tank. CONSTITUTION: A well-being water and oil type fryer with improved performance and lifespan of frying oil comprises a water and oil tank(1), a heating part, a control part, a casing part(4), a frying oil lower part temperature sensor, a water temperature sensor, a save sensor, a base sensor, and a low sensor. A heating installation portion(11), an oil discharge port(13), a water inlet port, a protective pipe of the frying oil lower part temperature sensor, a protective pipe of the water temperature sensor, three sensor installation holes, and a lower discharge port(19). Valves for opening and closing are respectively installed in the oil discharge port, an oil outlet port, the water inlet port, and the lower discharge port. |
