<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thin polarizing laminate film and a polarizing plate, which allows easy handling while prevents an edge of a base film from folding in when drying after coating a solution containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention is a manufacturing method of a polarizing laminate film and a polarizing plate, which has: a support film-sticking step of sticking a support film to one side of a base film; a resin layer-forming step of forming a resin layer by coating a solution containing a polyvinyl alcohol resin on a first face of the base film followed by drying to obtain a laminate film; a support film-peeling step of peeling the support film from the laminate film; a stretching step of uniaxially stretching the laminate film to obtain a stretched film; and a coloring step of coloring the resin layer of the stretched film with a dichroic dye to form a polarizer layer, in this order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
