<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve which is prevented from repetitive occurrence therein of valve switching failure and collision noise produced when a plunger and a fixed iron core are attracted together. <P>SOLUTION: A movement distance S1 of a spool 6 by inertia produced when the plunger 11 is attracted to an attraction face 101 is decided by a distance between an end surface 163 on the attraction direction side of a stopper part 162 of a second spring receiver 16 and a bottom surface 185 of a cap 18. The movement distance S1 is formed to a distance where attraction force by which the plunger 11 is attracted does not match with inertia force for pushing back the plunger 11 by the spool 6, and a distance shorter than a shortest distance T between a force balance part H and the bottom surface 185 of the cap 18. When the plunger 11 is attracted, the end surface 163 of the stopper part 162 and the bottom surface 185 of the cap 18 are brought into contact to restrict movement of the second spring receiver 16 in the attraction direction side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
