The present invention pertains to a wave power generator, which includes: a buoyancy tank immersed in seawater and having a certain level of buoyancy; a plurality of arm sections radially mounted with respect to the buoyancy tank, disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction, and mounted with buoyancy cases at outer ends thereof; a weight block mounted to the bottom of the buoyancy tank in the seawater, so as to pull the buoyancy tank downwards to fix the position of the buoyancy tank; a rotation force converter section coupled with the buoyancy tank and the arm sections such that the buoyancy tank and the arm sections mutually carry out relative motions so as to convert the relative motions to rotational force; and a generator main body section mounted to the buoyancy tank and converting the rotation force transmitted from the rotation force converter section to electrical energy. The center (G1) of gravity and the center (G2) of buoyancy of the buoyancy tank are located at different positions from each other along a central line, which extends from the center of the buoyancy tank in the longitudinal direction.
