<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical packet switching system that can relieve fluctuation in the peak power of an optical packet signal. <P>SOLUTION: An optical packet switching system 100 includes an optical packet switch device 10 that switches the paths of input optical packet signals and outputs them, an optical amplification device 11 provided at the post-stage of the optical packet switch device 10, and a control signal generation section 35 adding a noise component to an optical packet signal input to the optical amplification device 11, by causing crosstalk in the optical packet switch device 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
