<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell which allows a rear surface reflective layer to concurrently serve as an adjacent doping layer and suppresses the current reduction due to optical loss caused by the doping layer to reduce the manufacturing processes. <P>SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell according to an aspect of this invention includes: a substrate (110); a first photoelectric conversion part (130) positioned on the substrate and including a first intrinsic layer for optical absorption (132); and a rear surface reflection layer (160) reflecting light penetrating the first photoelectric conversion part to the first photoelectric conversion part. The rear surface reflection layer includes a first rear surface reflection film (161) in which an n type impurity and a P type impurity are doped, and the first rear surface reflection film directly contacts with the first intrinsic layer of the first photoelectric conversion part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
