<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device capable of suppressing breakage of structure even when an abnormal condition such as power-off is generated, and a high-temperature load device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A safety device 40 includes: structure supports 20a, 20b which are arranged to face each other; a heater 50 which heats a bent tube 100 installed between the structure supports 20a, 20b; and a weight load device 30 which is connected to the structure support 20a to load weight to the bent tube 100, and is connected to the structure support 20b of a high-temperature load device 1 where the structure supports 20a, 20b can move in the straight line direction connecting both of the structure supports 20a, 20b, respectively. The safety device 40 is constituted so as to regulate and permit transfer of the structure support 20b, the safety device 40 regulates transfer of the structure support 20b, the weight is loaded to the bent tube 100 by the weight load device 30, and when abnormality occurs in the heater 50 and/or the weight load device 30, the safety device 40 permits the transfer of the structure support 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
