PURPOSE: A double nozzle device for producing noodles having cores is provided to produce the noodles without using high pressure in a transfer pipe for extruding. CONSTITUTION: A double nozzle device for producing noodles having cores comprises the following: a coverage component transfer pipe(222) and a first transfer screw(225) supplying noodle cover components(c`) to a noodle cover component nozzle; a core component transfer pipe(212) and a second transfer screw(215) supplying core components(c) to a core component nozzle; and a double nozzle device(250) including nozzles(241, 233) located on the upper or lower side of a front nozzle head(240), and closely attached to the circumference of a noodle cover component storage hole. The front nozzle head has the cross section in an inclined shape from the upper side to the lower side.
