REACTION DEVICE FOR NUCLEIC ACID ANALYSIS AND NUCLEIC ACID ANALYZER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reaction device for nucleic acid analysis which prevents nucleic acid samples from falling off a sample fixing layer during a sequence reaction and which can perform high throughput analysis by increasing in the number of analyzable nucleic acid samples.

SOLUTION: A reaction device for nucleic acid analysis comprises; a base plate; a sample fixing layer on the base plate; nucleic acid samples fixed on the sample fixing layer or carriers having the nucleic samples on their surfaces; a blocking layer for covering an area except for the area where the nucleic acid samples or the carriers adhere to the sample fixing layer. The sample fixing layer is formed of an inorganic oxide.
