<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic device capable of assisting a voice guidance received from a base station. <P>SOLUTION: A portable phone device 1 capable of operating in a first language mode and a second language mode comprises: a speaker 22; a communication part 30 which communicates with a base station; a storage part 50 which stores first voice data indicating a predetermined guidance by a predetermined language; and a control part 60 which converts the first voice data stored in the storage part 50 into an electric signal to output it to the speaker 22 when the communication part 30 receives second voice data indicating a predetermined guidance during the operation in the first language mode, and which converts the second voice data into an electric signal to output it to the speaker 22 when the communication part 30 receives the second voice data indicating the predetermined guidance during the operation in the second language mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
