<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide accelerated particle irradiation equipment for which a particle accelerator and an irradiation device can be efficiently installed at a predetermined site. <P>SOLUTION: In particle beam treatment equipment 1A installed at a building 6A having a multistory structure, it has a cyclotron 2 for generating a proton beam, a rotary gantry 3 irradiating the proton beam generated by the cyclotron 2 while being installed on at least upper or lower floor of a floor where the cyclotron 2 is installed, and an induction line 4 for inducing the proton beam generated by the cyclotron 2 to the rotary gantry 3, and the induction line 4 communicates to the cyclotron 2 and extends horizontally, and it curves toward a vertical direction, then it curves to the horizontal direction again to communicate to the rotary gantry 3 while being installed on a virtual flat surface PL which extends along the vertical direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
