PURPOSE: A producing method of bread crumbs using rice is provided to obtain batter for processed food products using rice, and to offer nutrients contained in the rice. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of bread crumbs using rice comprises the following steps: mixing 50-60wt% of bread dough, 10-30wt% of seasoned and fermented dough, and 10-40wt% of purified water; fermenting the mixture the fermentation chamber at 37 deg C having the relative humidity of 75-80% for 3 hours; dividing the fermented dough in a case, and baking at 180 deg C in an oven; and cooling the baked dough, and crushing using a crusher. The bread dough includes wheat flour, crystalline dextrose, shortening, live-yeast, refined salt, and other additives. The seasoned and fermented dough includes crushed rice powder, tapioca starch, and gluten.
