<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayer film having high low-temperature shrinkability as well as excellent fold whitening resistance and perforation adequacy, and also a heat-shrinkable label using the heat-shrinkable multilayer film. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-shrinkable multilayer film includes front and back layers containing a polyester resin and an intermediate layer containing a polystyrene copolymer, each of the front and back layers being laminated on the intermediate layer through an adhesive layer containing 60-85 wt.% of a polyester resin and 15-40 wt.% of a polystyrene copolymer.
