<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy-conservation control device that can further improve the energy efficiency when an energy-conservation control using introduction of daylight is performed. <P>SOLUTION: With a plurality of slats installed alongside at an opening part of a building, a cooperative control unit U0 controls a blind that is configured so that the vertical positions of the slats and the rotation angle of the slats can be freely adjusted. The cooperative control unit U0 comprises a control part 11 that performs ascending/descending control for controlling the vertical positions of the slats and opening/closing control for controlling the rotation angle of the slats, so as to control the vertical positions of the slats and the rotation angle of the slats in such a manner that the sum of the respective consumption energies of a lighting load and an air conditioning load in the building is suppressed by using an incoming light coming into the inside of the building through the blind. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
