A reinforced permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor for starting on line, which comprises standard laminations (1), conducting bars (2), magnetic strips (3) and reinforced laminations (4), wherein the reinforced laminations (4) are positioned between the standard laminations (1); the magnetic strips (3) are embedded into the standard laminations (1) and are separated by the reinforced laminations (4); and the conducting bars (2) penetrate through the stacked standard laminations (1) and reinforced the laminations (4). Compared with a permanent magnet motor rotor structure in the prior art, the reinforced laminations (4) are added in the reinforced permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor for starting on line, thus the mechanical strength of the motor rotor can be effectively improved and the service life of the motor rotor can be prolonged on the premise of not sacrificing the efficiency of the motor.
