Provided are the following: a heat pipe (12) having a heat-absorbing part (12a) that absorbs heat from the outside and is disposed on one end side and a heat-dissipating part (12b) that dissipates heat to the outside and is disposed on the other end side; and a heat-absorbing plate (13) and a heat-dissipating plate (14) (heat-conducting plates) constituted by a metal film formed by accelerating a metal-containing powder and a gas toward the outer surface of the heat absorbing part (12a) and/or the heat dissipating part (12b) of the heat pipe (12) and spraying the surface with the same in a solid phase state to deposit the same on the surface.
