<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating reed having enhanced vibration characteristics and impact resistance performance, and further to provide a vibrator provided with the vibrating reed, an oscillator and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A crystal vibrating reed 1 comprises: a support arm section 10 having an annular shape; a vibration section 13 extending from one side 11 of an inner periphery of the support arm section 10 toward other side 12 opposite to the one side 11 as viewed in a plan view; fixing sections 14a and 14b disposed on a side of the other side 12 of the support arm section 10; excitation electrodes 17 and 18 disposed on both principal surfaces 15 and 16 of the vibration section 13; extraction electrodes 17a and 18a extracted from the excitation electrodes 17 and 18 to the fixing sections 14a and 14b; and coupling sections 19a and 19b for coupling a leading end portion 13a of the vibration section 13 with the support arm section 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
