A method, e-NodeB (eNB) and user equipment (UE) for triggering an aperiodic sounding reference signal (SRS) are disclosed. The method includes: if a UE is in the loss of synchronization or fails to send a scheduling request to an eNB, the UE does not release the resource configured by the eNB for the UE to send the aperiodic SRS; the UE performs random access procedure; if the random access is successful, according to the instructions sent by the eNB instructing the UE to send the aperiodic SRS, the UE sends the aperiodic SRS by using the unreleased resource configured by the eNB for the UE to send the aperiodic SRS. The embodiment enables the eNB to quickly acquire the uplink channel state information (CSI) of the UE, thus the uplink data transmission of the UE is quickly scheduled. |
