<p>An anti-alcoholism drug and a preparation method therefore. The anti-alcoholism drug is a submerged fermentation product of Auricularia auricula mycelium, wherein the culture medium for submerged fermentation is an aqueous extract of the following raw materials: 3-8 parts by weight of Radix Puerariae, 3-8 parts by weight of Flos Puerariae, 1-3 parts by weight of Vigna umbellata, 1-3 parts by weight of Phaseolus calcaratus Roxb, and 1-3 parts by weight of Japanese balanophora, and the weight ratio of the raw materials to the aqueous extract is 10-20%, the submerged fermentation time is 72-114 hrs, and the inoculation amount of the Auricularia auricula mycelium in the aqueous extract is 5-15% (V/V). The drug can protect liver, kidney, stomach, and intestine, and eliminate the suppression of alcohol on the cerebral cortex.</p> |
