<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage of confidential information even in a room which is not physically partitioned. <P>SOLUTION: A security control device grasps the number of workers present in each monitoring area based on area IDs and worker IDs contained in RF tag response signals and detects monitoring areas with the number of workers which does not correspond to a total number of moving bodies detected by a human-size moving body entrance detection part 10. It also detects monitoring areas in which no worker having an access authority is present by collating the worker IDs with worker IDs recorded in a worker control DB 3.
