PURPOSE: A real-time map data updating system and method are provided to always operate based on the recent geographical information by updating map data with a tile unit according to a moving route of a terminal unit on a real-time base. CONSTITUTION: A certification unit(110) certifies a right to use service for a user of a terminal unit. A storage unit(120) stores necessary data for operation of a service device. A map data management unit(130) manages a map data provided from a service device. A map data transmit unit(140) transmits a map data with a tile unit according to an ask of a terminal unit. A route service unit(150) provides route information according to an ask of a terminal unit.
