<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fermented alcoholic beverage enhanced in refreshing oral cavity stimulation, and a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The fermented alcoholic beverage enhanced in refreshing oral cavity stimulation is produced by adding a β-citronellol-containing hop and a β-eudesmol-containing hop into a boiling pre-fermentation solution in producing the fermented alcoholic beverage by using hops, to adjust the content of β-citronellol and that of β-eudesmol so as to satisfy conditions of (1)-(3): (1) β-citronellol concentrations: in the range of 8-21 ppb; (2) β-eudesmol concentrations: in the range of 8-33 ppb; (3) the ratio of the β-citronellol concentration/the β-eudesmol concentration: in the range of 0.2-2.5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
