<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency amplifier that operates with high output and high efficiency by reflecting higher harmonics to all transistors optimally and at the same optimum phase. <P>SOLUTION: A high frequency amplifier includes: a transmission line 5 having a quadrangular line portion 5A with one end connected to a drain (D) of an FET 1A, a quadrangular line portion 5B with one end connected to D of an FET 1B, and a segmental line portion 5C connecting the other ends of the quadrangular line portions 5A, 5B; a transmission line 6B arranged between the quadrangular line portions 5A, 5B; a transmission line 6A arranged opposite to the transmission line 6B with respect to the quadrangular line portion 5A; and a transmission line 6C arranged opposite to the transmission line 6B with respect to the quadrangular line portion 5B. The transmission lines 6A, 6B, 6C have an electrical length of 1/4 wavelength of a higher harmonic, and respective via holes 7A, 7B, 7C of the transmission lines 6A, 6B, 6C are connected to the transmission lines 6A, 6B, 6C at one end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
