<p>A thin-wall pipe fitting comprises a connecting rod (3), a compression nut (2) screwed on the connecting rod (3), wherein the connecting rod (3) is a hollow pipe, a cone-like expansion body is fixed and connected at one end of the connecting rod (3), the outer diameter of the expansion body part on the connecting rod (3) is larger than that of other parts, the other end of the connecting rod (3) has an external thread, a flexible pipe (4) is sleeved on the connecting rod (3) between the cone-like expansion body and the compression nut (2), a rigid ring (5) is sleeved outside of the flexible pipe (4); the rigid ring (5) is coaxial to the compression nut (2); and the maximum outer diameter of the cone-like expansion body on the connecting rod (3) is less than or equal to the inner diameter of a pipe to be connected; the inner diameter of the rigid ring (5) is greater than or equal to the outer diameter of the pipe, the inner diameter of the flexible pipe (4) matches with the outer diameter of the connecting rod (3) under a non-stress condition, and the outer diameter of the flexible pipe (4) is at least not greater than the maximum outer diameter of the cone-like expansion body under the non-stress condition. The thin-wall pipe fitting has a simple structure, is convenient for use, can be quickly mounted, has a good sealing performance, and can achieve sealing connection at a pipe orifice, thereby meeting requirements in a special situation.</p> |
