Synthetic Molecule Constructs

摘要

Water soluble synthetic molecule constructs of the generic formula F-S1 -S2-L (where F is a glycotope, S1 -S2 is a spacer and L is a diacyl- or dialkyl glycerophospholipid) and their use in a method of effecting qualitative and/or quantitative changes in the level of antigen expressed at the surface of cells and multi-cellular structures without loss of vitality are disclosed.
