PURPOSE: A brush unit of an induction motor is provided to prevent fine dust generated from brushes from flowing into an induction motor. CONSTITUTION: A brush unit(10) of an induction motor comprises a housing(110), a shaft(21), a bushing(130), and a brush holder(120). The housing is fixed to one side of an induction motor body(20). The shaft is drawn out of the induction motor body in an axial direction and extended to the inside the housing. The bushing is located inside the housing and surrounds the outer surface of the shaft. The brush holder is located inside the housing and touches the bushing.
