摘要 The anvil (1) comprises a rotatably mounted shaft (4), rings (5) carried by the shaft and adapted to be moved axially on the shaft, and a clamping unit (7) to ensure axial positioning of the rings. The rings comprise: a radial discontinuous inner ring and a radial outer ring, where the inner and outer rings are coaxial with each other; and a unit to ensure the connection between the rings. The connection unit comprises: notches placed on an external face of the radial inner ring; and notches placed on an interior of the outer radial ring. The anvil (1) comprises a rotatably mounted shaft (4), rings (5) carried by the shaft and adapted to be moved axially on the shaft, and a clamping unit (7) to ensure axial positioning of the rings. The rings comprise: a radial discontinuous inner ring and a radial outer ring, where the inner and outer rings are coaxial with each other; and a unit to ensure the connection between the rings. The connection unit comprises: notches placed on an external face of the radial inner ring; and notches placed on an interior of the outer radial ring, where the notches are arranged such that a relative circumferential displacement of the radial outer ring with respect to the radial inner ring induces a radial displacement of the radial inner ring. Each notch has facets of which generators diverge with respect to a cylindrical surface having an axis of the ring. The facets include a radial facet, and an inclined facet connecting a top of the radial facet to a base of the radial facet of the next notch. The clamping units comprise units to exert a force on the radial inner ring along a direction parallel to a tangent of the radial outer ring. The force exerting units comprise a screw, a threaded opening associated in the radial outer ring, and a thrust of the radial inner ring. The threaded opening extends parallel to the tangent of the radial outer ring. The outer ring comprises a housing for receiving the thrust. The housing has a dimension along a circumferential direction of the radial outer ring, where the dimension is greater than a dimension of the thrust according to the circumferential direction. Independent claims are included for: (1) an ultrasonic welding device; and (2) an ultrasonic welding method.
