<p>A key plate (2) includes a holding portion (30) held by a case body (1) and a key portion (2a) protruding from the case body (1), and a transponder (21) is disposed on a substrate (13) at a side portion of the case body (1) in a width direction of the case body (1) that is orthogonal to an extending direction of the key portion (2a). The holding portion (30) includes a reinforcing portion (33) that extends in the width direction of the case body (1).
