BIOMARKER COMPOSITION FOR DIAGNOSING ACUTE EXACERBATIONS CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE AND THE METHOD FOR DETECTING USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A biomarker composition for diagnosing chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with acute exacerbation is provided to predict COPD development risk and to prevent, early diagnose, and treat COPD with acute exacerbation. CONSTITUTION: A biomarker composition for diagnosing COPD with acute exacerbation contains proteins having amino acids selected from sequence numbers 1-36. A kit for diagnosing COPD with acute exacerbation contains an antibody which specifically binds to the proteins. A method for detecting a biomarker for diagnosing COPD with acute exacerbation comprises: a step of reacting a biological sample with the antibody; and a step of comparing the amount of antibody-antigen complex with a control group. The biological sample is determined as COPD with acute exacerbation in case that the protein expression level in the biological sample is increased or decreased over the control group.
