EMERGENCY LIGHT BELT

PURPOSE: An emergency light belt is provided to prevent occurrence of a secondary accident by clearly distinguish corresponding obstacles while a third ship moves around. CONSTITUTION: An emergency light belt comprises waterproof sheet part(100), a control part, and a first joining part(300). The waterproof sheet part comprises a first waterproof sheet(110) and a second waterproof sheet made by a transparent, semi-transparent, or partial transparent synthetic resin material. Each edge of the first waterproof sheet and the second waterproof sheet is mutually attached and sealed to form a constant-size internal space of which inside is waterproofed. The control part is arranged inside the internal space of the waterproof sheet part and is installed along an extended longitudinal direction of the waterproof sheet part. The control part comprises multiple LED(210) emitting toward the first waterproof sheet, an optical sensor(220) for detecting peripheral brightness, and a control circuit. The first joining part is joined to a second joining part(340) to fix the waterproof sheet part in a dried state.
