PURPOSE: A curing extension time control system for tires is provided to set an optimal curing extension time caused by a pause time of a valcanizer because the curing extension time is automatically calculated by a vulcanizer mold, a temperature value of a green tire, and a pre-set temperature value in a PLC(Power Line Communication). CONSTITUTION: A curing extension time control system for tires comprises one or more mold temperature sensors(6), one or more green tire temperature sensors(12), a detector(14), and a PLC(13). The mold temperature sensor measuring a temperature of a vulcanizer mold(2) is installed in a lower mold plate of a valcanizer. The green tire temperature sensor measuring a temperature of a green tire is installed in a shoe plate of a green tire loader. The detector being connected to the mold temperature sensor and the green tire temperature sensor detects temperature values measured by the each temperature sensors. The PLC controls automatically calculates the curing extension time by the temperature values detected by the detector and preset temperature values, thereby controlling the curing extension time.
