FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of drill mud preparation consists in stirring of water solution of drilling mud powder with the following injection of fluid-loss reducer, note that acrylic polymer is used as fluid-loss reducer, the obtained solution undergoes mechanochemical activation with the aid of impact apparatus equipped with rotating disks, note that disk rotation speed is set to 9000 - 10000 rpm. Disintegrator is used as impact apparatus the disks of which are equipped with pins-impact bars and rotate round their axes in opposite directions. ^ EFFECT: decrease of fluid-loss reducer consumption at drill mud preparation. ^ 2 cl, 1 tbl |
