FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to devices for nuts cracking. The device for nut shell cracking contains a shaft on bearing supports and a transportable mechanism rigidly fixed on the shaft, a drive and a bin. The transportable mechanism is designed in the form of a drum. The device is additionally equipped with a pressure plate and a vibrator with controllable amplitude rigidly fixed on the plate. The pressure plate is placed at a clearance relative to the outer side of the drum. Inside the drum an ejector is installed designed so that to enable reciprocal movement and located at a clearance relative to the inner surface of the drum. Conoidal through cells are uniformly positioned along the drum periphery. The ejector is equipped with a brush at its end. ^ EFFECT: invention usage will allow to enhance efficiency and quality of nut shell cracking. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
