The proposed device for high pressure treatment of liquid contains a high pressure chamber formed by a housing with a piston resting on a plunger with a channel for medium feed moving the plunger from one side and limited by the plunger from opposite side, providing for connection of the high pressure chamber to a channel for feed/drainage of treated liquid in the pushed position. Additionally inside the plunger the second plunger is made and additional channel for drainage/feed of treating medium, providing for connection of the high pressure chamber to the additional channel in the pushed position of the plunger.
