PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for storing tag selection are provided to efficiently use the storage region of a smart card with the small amount of capacity by storing necessary information in the storage region. CONSTITUTION: A tag reading part(110) reads radio frequency identification(RFID) to acquire tag information. A controlling part(120) refers property information included in the tag information and confirms the tag information. If the tag information is related to payment related information, a smart card accessing part(130) saves the tag information in a smart card(150). Unless the tag information is related to the payment related information, a storing part(140) stores the tag information. The controlling part stores the tag information of the storing part in the smart card according to the input of a user. |
