PURPOSE: An apparatus for rotating a sub-lance at a small angle is provided to prevent bending of a sub-lance and thereby improve the accuracy of sample measurement. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for rotating a sub-lance at a small angle comprises a frame(11), a motor(14) installed on the top of the frame, and a rotation transmitting member(15) receiving the torque from the motor. The sub-lance rotating apparatus rotates a sub-lance body(1), located on an end of the frame, in an axial direction with the torque of the rotation transmission member. The sub-lance rotating apparatus rotates the sub-lance body gradually at an angle less than 60° by rotating the rotation transmitting member gradually at an angle less than 60°. |
