摘要 PURPOSE: A maximum power point tracking method based on scanning of PV array and system thereof is provided to prevent power loss of photovoltaic power generation by controlling system operation after getting maximum power point tracking by scanning the whole power characteristic curve of a photovoltaic power system. CONSTITUTION: A voltage measuring unit(108) measures an output voltage of photovoltaic power array. A current measuring unit(107) measures an output current of the photovoltaic power array. A boost converter(102) outputs power generated by the photovoltaic power array. PWM inverter(103) supplies an output signal of the boost converter modulated with pulse width. A maximum power point tracking control unit(104) includes a maximum power point tracking control algorithm controlling the booster converter.
