PURPOSE: A capacitor is provided to store electricity by the pressure generated by tires of vehicles driven on a road with the cheap cost of an electricity storage system. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor comprises a body(10), a fluid transferring hose(20), a capacitor battery(40), a fluid supply unit(50), a return pipe(51), and a pressing unit. The other side of the fluid transferring hose is connected to the fluid supply unit, and the fluid supply unit supplies fluids to the fluid transferring hose. The one end of the return pipe is penetrated toward another cavity, and the other end is connected to the fluid transferring hose. The pressing unit is placed in the upper part of the cavity. The pressing unit is moved up and down by the pressure applied to an upper surface.
