PROCESS FOR THE TREATMENT OF WATER FROM IONS BY ELECTROCHEMICAL ADSORPTION/DESORPTION METHOD

A process for the treatment of ions by electrochemical adsorption/desorption method comprises the supply of water from ions to the pore space of volume electrode, electrochemical adsorption of ions in conditions of constant electrode polarization, holding of water in pore space of volume electrode. The supply of water is carried out in pulsed regime. The electrochemical adsorption of ions to volume electrode in conditions of constant electrode polarization is carried out with superposition of additional pulsed potential. Holding of water in pore space is carried out to fixed residual concentration of ions in treated water. The output of treated water from pore space of volume electrode is carried out by means of displacement of the last with initial water. After the end of the process of electrochemical adsorption of ions electrochemical desorption of ions from volume electrode is produced in conditions of constant electrode polarization with superposition of additional pulsed potential. The output of reclaimed product from pore space of volume electrode by means of displacement of the last with initial water.
