METHOD FOR ULTRA-STRUCTURAL DIAGNOSTICS OF IRREVERSIBLE HIBERNATION OF MYOCARDIUM AT ISCHEMIC CARDIAC DISEASE

The invention relates to medicine and deals with the method for ultra-structural diagnostics of hibernation of myocardium at ischemic cardiac disease. The method includes detection of glycogen granules in cardio-myocytes. When accumulation and aggregation of glycogen granules in the form of rosettes (alpha-glycogen) is detected severe chronic and irreversible hibernation of cardio-myocytes is diagnosed.
