PURPOSE: A fabric containing water soluble polyester composite fibers is provided to make superfine fibers and to express soft texture. CONSTITUTION: A fabric is formed of water soluble polyester composite fibers containing water soluble polyester polymers. The water soluble polyester polymers are prepared by polymerizing acid having terephthalic acid, isophthalic acid, and dimethyl 5-sodiosulfoisophthalate at one part with diol containing ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, and polyethylene glycol. The fabric further contains bis-beta-hydroxy ethyl terephthalate.
